chocolate. These no-bake treats are sweet, smooth,
and perfect for kids who love rolling, dipping, and

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese,
softened
- 1 tablespoon butter,
softened
- 4 cups powdered
sugar
- 1 cup flaked or
shredded coconut
- 2 cups semisweet
chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon
shortening
Instructions
- In a medium
bowl, mix softened cream cheese and butter until
smooth.
- Stir in
powdered sugar and coconut until fully combined.
- If mixture is
sticky or hard to work with, chill for 15–20
minutes.
- Roll mixture
into small balls and place on a wax paper–lined
cookie sheet.
- Freeze truffle
balls for about 1 hour until firm.
- Melt chocolate
chips and shortening in a microwave-safe bowl,
stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each
truffle into melted chocolate to coat.
- Place back on
wax paper and add sprinkles if desired while
chocolate is still wet.
- Chill until
chocolate is fully set.
