Chocolate Truffles

Simple, kid-friendly milk chocolate truffles made
with crushed digestive biscuits and melted
chocolate. These no-bake treats are fun to roll,
decorate, and share.

Ingredients
- ½ packet digestive
biscuits (vanilla wafers, tea biscuits, or
graham crackers)
- 1 bar milk chocolate
- Powdered (icing)
sugar, for rolling
- Sprinkles, for
decorating
Instructions
- Place digestive
biscuits in a mixing bowl and crush into fine
crumbs using a rolling pin.
- Break chocolate
into pieces and melt in a microwave-safe bowl,
heating in 30-second intervals and stirring
until smooth.
- Pour about ¾ of
the melted chocolate into the biscuit crumbs and
mix well.
- If mixture is
too dry to hold together, add the remaining
melted chocolate.
- Dust hands
lightly with powdered sugar and roll mixture
into small balls.
- Pour sprinkles
onto a saucer and roll each truffle to coat.

- Kids can crush biscuits and roll truffles
- Use gloves or powdered sugar to prevent
sticking
- Adults should help with melting chocolate
- Let kids choose different sprinkle colors
