Peanut Butter Chocolate Truffles

Creamy peanut butter truffles mixed with mini chocolate candies and dipped in chocolate. This easy no-bake recipe is perfect for kids and makes a fun, hands-on dessert for parties or holidays.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-natural peanut butter
  • ½ cup mini chocolate kisses, mini chocolate chips or mini baking M&M’s
  • Chocolate for dipping (milk, dark, or white)

Instructions

  1. Wash hands well before starting.
  2. Scoop peanut butter into a small mixing bowl and stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add mini chocolate candies and stir until evenly mixed.
  4. With clean hands, roll mixture into small balls and place on a cookie sheet.
  5. Freeze truffle balls for 10–20 minutes until firm.
  6. Melt dipping chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  7. Dip each truffle into melted chocolate and place on wax paper.
  8. Chill until chocolate is set.
