Valentine cake with a hidden “tunnel” filled with
strawberries, cake pieces, and a creamy filling. A
great show-stopper dessert that kids love helping
assemble.

Ingredients
- 1 prepared angel
food cake
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ¾ cup sweetened
condensed milk
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ¾ teaspoon almond
extract
- 2 cups strawberries,
sliced
- 16 oz whipped
topping
Instructions
- Slice a 1-inch layer off the top of the cake and
set aside.
- Scoop out a tunnel from the center, keeping the
sides intact.
- Mix cream cheese, condensed milk, lemon juice,
and almond extract.
- Chop reserved cake pieces and fold into cream
cheese mixture.
- Gently stir in strawberries.
- Spoon filling into the tunnel.
- Replace cake top and frost with whipped topping.
