Ingredients

spiralized into noodles (zoodles)
- 1 tablespoon butter

- 2–4 eggs

Instructions
- Spiralize zucchini into noodles using a
spiralizer.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until
fragrant.
- Add zucchini noodles and sauté several minutes
until slightly tender but not mushy.
- Divide zoodles into sections and shape each into
a nest.
- Crack one egg into the center of each nest.
- Cover skillet and cook until egg whites are set
and yolk reaches desired doneness.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve warm.
