Mozzarella Three Bean Salad

This bean salad combines three kinds of beans with vegetables, dressing, and mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained well
  • 1 (15 oz.) can butter beans, rinsed and drained well
  • Fresh green beans washed and cooked or 1 can green beans, drained
  • 1 cucumber, quartered lengthwise and sliced
  • 2 tomatoes cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup oil and vinegar salad dressing
  • 1 (8 oz.) package mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Place the beans into a large salad bowl.
  2. Add the cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions and toss to combine well.
  3. Pour the dressing over the top and stir until the ingredients are coated.
  4. Sprinkle the cheese over the top and toss to combine.
