Ingredients

  • 8 oz macaroni elbows
  • 8 oz Longhorn-style Colby cheese, cubed
  • 24 oz tomato juice

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni and drain.
  2. Mix macaroni with tomato juice and cheese.
  3. Bake at 350°F until thickened, 45-60 minutes.
