cheese, and seasoned stuffing. These broccoli
bites are nutritious, kid-friendly, and perfect
for a fun green recipe—especially for St.
Patrick’s Day or healthy snacking.

Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz)
packages frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and
drained
- 2 cups crushed
seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 cup grated
Parmesan cheese
- 6 eggs, lightly
beaten
- ½ cup butter or
margarine, softened softened
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon
pepper
Instructions
- Preheat
oven to 350°F and lightly grease a baking
sheet.
- In a large
bowl, add cooked and drained chopped
broccoli.
- Crush
stuffing mix using a rolling pin or mallet
and add to broccoli.
- Stir in
Parmesan cheese, beaten eggs, softened
butter, salt, and pepper. Mix until well
combined.
- Scoop and
shape mixture into small balls and place on
prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for
10–12 minutes, or until lightly golden and
set.

- Kids can help crush stuffing and roll
broccoli mixture into balls
- Use a cookie scoop to make evenly sized
bites

Notes
