bowl, stir softened cream cheese until smooth.

of green food coloring and mix until the color
is even. (Optional: stir in honey for
sweetness.)
- Slice apples
into wedges. (Optional: toss wedges with a
little lemon juice to help prevent browning.)
- Let kids spread
green cream cheese on each apple wedge.
- Sprinkle on
toppings and serve right away.
Kid-Friendly Tips
- Set up a “topping bar” so kids can decorate
their own wedges
- Use a butter knife or small spreader for easy
spreading
- Adults should handle cutting apples (or use an
apple slicer)
Fun Serving Ideas
- Arrange wedges into a rainbow arc on a plate
(add berries/grapes for colors)
- Make a “shamrock platter” by grouping wedges
in clover shapes
- Turn wedges into “apple nachos” by lining them
up and drizzling extra green spread
Notes
Use gel food coloring for
brighter green with less liquid. Store leftover
green cream cheese covered in the fridge for up to
3 days. Apples are best served fresh.
