Seasoned Homemade Hamburgers
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hamburger buns and favorite toppings (optional)
Directions
- Place the ground beef into a large mixing bowl.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently until the seasonings are evenly distributed. Avoid overmixing.
- Divide the meat into four equal portions.
- Shape each portion into a patty about 3/4-inch thick.
- Press a small indentation into the center of each patty to help prevent puffing while cooking.
- Have an adult grill or cook the burgers in a skillet until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
