Ham Roll Ups

Easy party ham roll ups made with soft bread, deli meat, and string cheese. These bite-sized appetizers can be made the night before and are perfect for kids to help assemble.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices sandwich bread
  • Slices of cooked deli ham (or turkey, chicken, roast beef)
  • 8 (1 oz) sticks string cheese
  • 1 cup honey mustard dressing (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Cut crusts off each slice of bread.
  2. Roll each slice flat using a small rolling pin.
  3. Place a slice of deli meat on flattened bread.
  4. Add one stick of string cheese on top.
  5. Roll up tightly and secure seam side down.
  6. Slice into bite-size pieces.
  7. Serve with honey mustard dressing for dipping.

  • Kids can roll the bread flat and assemble the layers.
  • Use colorful toothpicks for a party presentation.
  • Try different meats to create a variety platter.

Notes

These can be made the night before. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. For best slicing results, chill rolls for 30–60 minutes before cutting.
