Large meatballs
Ingredients
- 1½ lbs ground beef
- 1 egg, beaten
- ½ cup spaghetti
sauce
- ¼ cup seasoned bread
crumbs
- ½ teaspoon Italian
seasoning
- 1½ cups shredded
mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Shape meat mixture into large heart shapes.
- Place on baking sheet and bake at 350°F for
20–25 minutes.
- Check doneness with a meat thermometer.
Serving Ideas
- Serve over spaghetti
- Add a dot of ketchup or sauce on top
- Great Valentine dinner centerpiece
