Kiwi Yogurt Cups

These kiwi yogurt cups are a simple fresh snack or breakfast idea with optional granola.

Kiwi Yogurt Cups

Ingredients

  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • bananas, strawberries, peaches whatever fruit is your favorite
  • 2 cups vanilla or plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup granola, optional
  • mini chocolate chips, optional

Directions

  1. Peel and slice the kiwi.
  2. Spoon yogurt into small cups.
  3. Top with kiwi slices and other fruit.
  4. Sprinkle with granola if desired and serve right away.
Note: Plain yogurt makes this less sweet, while vanilla yogurt gives it a dessert-like flavor.

Tip:
Add other fruit like strawberries or blueberries for a layered fruit cup.
