cooked in the microwave and is perfect for quick

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground
beef
- 1 cup chopped mango
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, grated
- Salt and pepper, to
taste
Instructions
- In a large
bowl, combine ground beef, chopped mango, bread
crumbs, egg, grated onion, salt, and pepper.
- Mix with clean
hands until evenly combined (do not overmix).
- Shape mixture
into a loaf and place into a glass loaf pan.
- Cover with
microwave-safe waxed paper or a vented
microwave-safe cover.
- Microwave for
15–20 minutes, or until a meat thermometer reads
160°F in the center of the loaf.
- Let rest 5
minutes before slicing and serving.
