Roasted Parsnips

An easy roasted parsnip side dish made with chopped parsnips, butter, and garlic.

Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 parsnips, peeled and chopped in cubes
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 garlic clove

Directions

  1. Place chopped parsnip in a casserole dish.
  2. In a small frying pan, saute garlic in butter.
  3. Pour over parsnip.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
