Crepe Ingredients
- 4 cups milk
- 5 eggs
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon oil
(for frying)
Cherry Filling Ingredients
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 jar sour cherries
(or 2-3 cups fresh cherries)
Instructions
- Lightly beat eggs. Stir in milk, sugar, and
salt.
- Add flour and mix until smooth. Let batter rest
10 minutes.
- Heat pan and lightly oil. Pour batter to coat
pan thinly.
- Cook until lightly browned on both sides. Stack
and cover.
- Mix sugar and sour cream until smooth.
- Fill crepes with cherries, roll, and drizzle
with cream mixture.
