Cinnamon Roll Biscuit Sticks

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Prepared vanilla icing for drizzling
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450F and lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and cream of tartar.
- Cut the shortening into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Pour in the milk and stir gently until a soft dough forms.
- Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and gently knead just a few times until smooth.
- Pat the dough into a rectangle about 1/2-inch thick.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon evenly across the top and gently press it into the dough if desired.
- Use a knife or pizza cutter to slice the dough into long breadstick-shaped strips.
- Place the strips on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes or until lightly golden.
- While still warm, drizzle with vanilla icing and allow to cool slightly before serving.
