Easy Turkey Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 package (6 ounces) seasoned stuffing mix
- Hot water and butter called for on the stuffing package
- 2 cups chopped or shredded cooked turkey
- 8 ounces egg noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup or homemade
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, optional
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9 × 13-inch casserole dish.
- Prepare the stuffing according to the package directions.
- Spread the prepared stuffing evenly across the bottom of the casserole dish.
- Arrange the cooked turkey over the stuffing.
- Add the cooked and drained egg noodles in an even layer.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the creamy sauce evenly over the noodles and turkey.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbling around the edges.
- Let the casserole rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Replace the two cans of condensed soup and the milk with about 3 cups of homemade white sauce. Add chicken or turkey broth, garlic powder, parsley, or shredded cheese for extra flavor.
