Spaghetti Broccoli Ham Casserole

Leftover ham and broccoli come together in this creamy baked pasta casserole. Homemade white sauce and a crisp Parmesan topping make it an easy weeknight dinner after the holidays or anytime you have extra cooked ham.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
  2. Cook the spaghetti until just tender. During the last 3–4 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli to the same pot. Drain everything well.
  3. Place the cooked spaghetti, broccoli, and diced ham into the prepared casserole dish.
  4. Prepare the white sauce and pour it evenly over the pasta mixture. Stir gently until everything is coated.
  5. Mix together the Parmesan and breadcrumbs and sprinkle over the casserole.
  6. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until the casserole is bubbling and the topping is lightly browned.
  7. Let the casserole stand for about 5 minutes before serving.
