1 cup mozzarella cheese grated
1 onion chopped
1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
2 green chilies chopped
1 two Italian Pizza seasoning
Method of preparation
In a bowl add cheese, Onion, coriander leaves, green chilies, Italian Pizza seasoning, and mix them well.
Take a bread slice apply butter on it and flip it and apply cheese slice on it.
Load it with prepared mixture, cover it with plate and place some weight on it.
Let it cook on low flame by both sides till it look brown.
Take it out of the pan ,and cut it.
It is ready to serve.
