4-Ingredient Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients:
1 cup oats
2 ripe bananas, smashed
1 egg
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, stir all ingredients together until well combined.
Scoop and shape the mixture into small balls or cookie mounds.
Place on a greased or parchment-lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly golden and set.
Let cool slightly, then enjoy!
