4-Ingredient Breakfast Cookies
These easy breakfast cookies are made with just four simple ingredients and are perfect for busy mornings, lunchboxes, or after-school snacks. Naturally sweetened with ripe bananas, they're soft, chewy, and kid-friendly.

Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, stir together the oats, mashed bananas, egg, and chocolate chips until well combined. Scoop the mixture into small mounds on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Slightly flatten each cookie with the back of a spoon. Bake for about 10 minutes or until set and lightly golden. Allow the cookies to cool for several minutes before serving.
Yield: About 10 to 12 cookies.
