Biscoff cheesecake

1)First get one pack of 250g of lotus biscuits then you will need to crush them up to a fine crumb no lumps.
2)When the biscuits are crushed add around 1 cup of butter make sure it is all combined and mixed well.
3)Then you put that into the fridge overnight or up to six hours minimum.
4)Next with 400g of soft cheese put it into a large mixing bowl and combine it with a 300ml of double cream make sure it is well incorporated.
5)Eventually then put in 200g of lotus biscoff spread into the mix and then mix it well with a spatula.
6)When that is done take your biscuit base out off the fridge and then with your biscoff spread mixture put that on top of the biscuit base make sure it is spread out nice and evenly.
7)finally take the cheese cake and put it in the fridge for another 2 hours to fully set then enjoy
