Chocolate Pudding Cake

The recipe for my COCO- Pudding Cake is as follows:


2 Eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoon Baking Powder
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cups flour
1/2 cup pudding (chocolate pudding preferred)
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa (you can use sweetened and use a little less sugar)
1/4 cup chocolate chips or morsels
Decoration materials. Examples: honey, caramel, sprinkles, coconut flakes, etc.


Preheat oven on 350 F

In a medium bowl, mix eggs and sugar very well, until mixture becomes a little thick.
Add vanilla extract and baking powder, then mix for one minute.

Pour in milk and vegetable oil, while mixing slowly. When you are done pouring the milk and oil, mix very well for about three minutes. Slowly add pudding in the mixture, then add chocolate chips/morsels.

Mix them until the mixture becomes brown looking. Add the cocoa and flour. Mix both of them into the mixture, first slowly, then fast for about three minutes. Pour the cake mixture into a "donut" pan, or a cheesecake pan. Put it in the oven until golden brown.

When the cake is fully baked, take it out of the oven, then out of the pan, and let it cool for five to seven minutes. Decorate the cake however you want. Cut pieces out, and enjoy!!
