Peanut Butter Cheesecake Dip


This creamy peanut butter dip makes an easy no-bake snack or dessert. Serve with graham crackers, apple slices, pretzels, strawberries, banana slices, or vanilla wafers.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) package 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips, optional
  • Graham crackers for serving

Directions

Allow cream cheese to soften to room temperature. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and peanut butter and mix until creamy. Stir in chocolate chips if using. Chill about 1 hour. Serve as a dip or spread on graham crackers.Yield: About 2 cups dip.

Kids can help measure ingredients, mix the dip, stir in chocolate chips, and arrange dippers on a serving tray.

Variation Ideas

Use crunchy peanut butter for extra texture. Add mini marshmallows for a fluff-style dessert dip or serve with apple slices and pretzels for a sweet-and-salty snack.
