Helpful Supplies: You'll need unflavored gelatin and a silicone candy mold or gummy mold. These tools make it easy to create fun gummy shapes.

Combine the fruit juice and lemon juice in a saucepan. Heat until hot and beginning to simmer. Remove from the heat and let cool for 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in the honey. Gradually sprinkle the gelatin into the warm liquid while whisking continuously until completely dissolved. Pour into silicone molds and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm.

Combine the water, flavored gelatin, and unflavored gelatin in a saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until the gelatin dissolves completely. Do not boil. Pour into lightly greased silicone molds and refrigerate for several hours until firm.
Place strawberries and lemon juice in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the strawberries soften and break down. Bring to a gentle boil and cook for 5 minutes. Reduce heat and continue cooking for about 10 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Stir in honey and transfer to a blender. Blend until smooth. While still warm, gradually add the gelatin and blend until dissolved. Add the club soda and pulse briefly. Pour into molds and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm.
