Oreo Double Stuffed Pizzelle

BUTTERCREAM-
1 Cup Softened Organic Butter
6 crushed Oreos
1 Vanilla Bean
1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
2 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
1-2 tbs Milk

PIZZELLE-
1 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
1 tsp Fresh Grated Nutmeg
1 tsp Fresh Grated Star Anise
3 Large Eggs
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 cup Melted Organic Butter

DESCRIPTION-
To make the pizzele, first mix sugar, butter, nutmeg, star anise, and eggs until fully mixed. Then add the flour, salt, baking powder. Let sit for one hour, then cook according to pizzelle maker instructions. To make the buttercream, mix butter until smooth, then add the powdered sugar slowly. Once butter and sugar everything else until desired consistency. Then pipe into rolled pizzelle and/or serve as a side dip.
