Pepperoni Tortilla Pizza
This quick tortilla pizza is perfect when you want pizza fast. A crispy flour tortilla becomes the crust and is topped with pizza sauce, pepperoni, salami, and plenty of melted mozzarella cheese.
Serves: 1-2
Ingredients
- 1 large flour tortilla
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce or tomato basil pasta sauce
- 1/4-1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup chopped or sliced salami
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place tortilla on a baking sheet or pizza pan.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edge.
- Arrange pepperoni and salami over the sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tortilla edges are golden and crisp.
- Cool for 2 minutes before slicing.
- Serve immediately.

Recipe Tip: Baking at 400°F creates a crispier tortilla crust. At 350°F the tortilla may stay soft before the cheese is fully browned.
