Quick White Bread

You need:
3 cups of warm water
3tablespoons of yeast
1/4 of a cup of honey
9 -1/2 cups of flour
5 teaspoons of salt
5 tablespoons of oil

Combine water, yeast, and honey together. Add half the flour and salt. Make sure you beat it until it is smooth. Add the remaining flour and stir well. Pour the oil over the dough. And knead it in the bowl, no more than two to three min.

Punch it down and turn it out onto a floured board. Knead it slightly. Shape it into three loaves. Cover it and let it rest for five to ten min. Place it in the buttered loaf pans. Cover it and let it rinse until doubled. Bake at 400 degrees.
