Rocket Fruit Kabobs

Ingredients:
Strawberries (rocket “nose cone”)
Pineapple chunks or melon (rocket “body”)
Green grapes or blueberries (rocket “boosters”)
Mini marshmallows or cheese cubes (cloud trail or “smoke”)
Skewers or craft sticks
Optional: Yogurt for dipping

Directions:
Create the Rocket Shape:
Thread fruit onto skewers in this order:
Pointy end: Strawberry (nose cone)
Middle: Pineapple or melon chunks (rocket body)
Base: Grapes or blueberries (rocket boosters)
End: Mini marshmallow to represent smoke!
