Seasoned Snack Mix
This easy seasoned snack mix is crunchy, flavorful, and perfect for parties, lunchboxes, road trips, and after-school snacking. Made with simple pantry ingredients, kids can help measure, shake, and mix this no-bake snack together in minutes.
Ingredients
- 10 cups oyster crackers or plain Goldfish crackers
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Directions
Place the crackers in a large mixing bowl and drizzle with vegetable oil. Toss until evenly coated. Transfer the crackers to a large paper bag or large zip-top bag. Add the garlic salt, thyme, oregano, cumin, and paprika. Close the bag and shake vigorously until all crackers are coated with the seasoning mixture. Store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
Yield: About 10 cups snack mix.
