Spinach Casserole- Spaetzle

Ingredients:

1 large package frozen chopped spinach - cook with onion and drained well
1 Tablespoon minced onion - add to spinach
2 eggs- beaten
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 Tablespoon flour
2 Tablespoons melted butter
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions
Mix all ingredients together, put in greased casserole and bake at 350 degrees in preheated oven for 25 - 30 minutes.
