Valentine Raspberry Drink
Raspberry Rendezvous
This sparkling raspberry drink is a refreshing party beverage that's perfect for tea parties, Valentine's Day, baby showers, birthdays, and special celebrations. Frozen raspberries make it look elegant while keeping the drink cold.
Ingredients
- 1/2 container raspberry drink mix powder
- 1 cup cranberry juice, chilled
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 cups sparkling water
- Frozen raspberries or lemon slices for garnish
Directions
- Place the raspberry drink mix powder into a small pitcher.
- Pour in the cranberry juice and cold water.
- Whisk until the powder is completely dissolved.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Just before serving, stir in the sparkling water.
- Place several frozen raspberries or lemon slices into the bottom of each glass.
- Pour the Raspberry Rendezvous over the fruit and serve immediately.
