Zucchini Bread

1 cup grapeseed oil
2 cups sugar
1 Tbs. vanilla
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 Tbs. cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups grated zucchini
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350. Using mixer, combine oil, sugar and vanilla. Blend in dry ingredients. Add zucchini, milk, and nuts. Bake in two greased and floured bread (loaf) pans for one hour.
