This refreshing Watermelon Slushie is the perfect summer drink for kids. Made with frozen watermelon, fresh lime juice, and a touch of honey, it's naturally sweet, colorful, and easy to make. Great for hot afternoons, summer parties, picnics, and backyard fun.

Prep Time: 10 minutes (plus freezing time)
Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 6 cups seedless watermelon, cut into chunks and frozen
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 6 to 8 ice cubes, optional

Optional Garnishes

  • Small watermelon wedges
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Lime slices

Directions

  1. Place the frozen watermelon, water, lime juice, and honey into a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed for 2 to 3 minutes or until smooth.
  3. Add ice cubes if a thicker consistency is desired.
  4. Blend again until smooth.
  5. Pour into glasses.
  6. Garnish with watermelon wedges, mint leaves, or lime slices if desired.
  7. Serve immediately.
