Ingredients
1 cup orange juice
1 cup sweet chili sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tbsp cornstarch
Sliced chicken (cooked)
1/2 cup peanuts
*vegetables of choice: carrots, green beans, etc.
Cooked rice noodles or white or brown rice
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients and peanuts in large bowl toss chick around in sauce then lay on a bed of the sauce and rice noodles enjoy!
