Ingredients

  • Homemade pie crust or 2 ready-made pie crusts
  • Apple pie filling
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup cold butter, cut into small pieces
  • Caramel dip, optional

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Roll pie crust large enough to fit a pizza pan or press the crust into the pan.
  3. Spread apple pie filling evenly over the crust.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter.
  5. Mix until the topping becomes crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle the crumb topping evenly over the apples.
  7. Bake until the crust is golden brown and the topping is lightly browned.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.
  9. Drizzle with caramel dip if desired.
