These adorable Grinch Fruit Kabobs are one of the easiest healthy Christmas snacks for kids. Made with fresh fruit and mini marshmallows, they look just like the Grinch wearing a Santa hat! They're perfect for Christmas parties, classroom celebrations, or a festive holiday snack.

Grinch fruit kabobs

Makes: About 12 kabobs

Ingredients

  • Green grapes
  • Bananas
  • Strawberries
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Toothpicks or small skewers

Directions

  1. Wash the grapes and strawberries thoroughly.
  2. Slice the bananas into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
  3. Remove the leafy tops from the strawberries so they have a flat base.
  4. Thread one green grape onto the skewer to make the Grinch's face.
  5. Add one banana slice for the fluffy trim of the Santa hat.
  6. Place one strawberry on top with the pointed end facing upward.
  7. Finish with one mini marshmallow for the hat's pom-pom.
  8. Repeat until all kabobs are assembled.
  9. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
