Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk, coconut milk, or milk of choice
  • 1 large banana, broken into pieces
  • 1 large orange, peeled and sectioned
  • 4 large carrots, chopped into small pieces
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 4 to 6 ice cubes

  • Extra cinnamon
  • Orange zest

Directions

  1. Add the milk, banana, orange, carrots, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, and ice cubes to a blender.
