Ingredients:
8 oz. Velvetta cheese, cut in cubes
1-2 Cups ground meat; sausage, turkey, chicken or beef. Whatever you prefer
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
1 Cup salsa
Directions:
Cook ground meat until no longer pink. Drain off fat.
In a crockpot add in cheese, salsa, garlic cloves and cooked meat.
Cook on low for 2 hours. Stir until well combined.
Serve with tortilla chips or bread slices.
