Noah’s Chocolate Lava Cake

Chocolate Lava Cake
1 stick Butter
2 ounces of bittersweet chocolate chips
2 ounces of semi sweet chocolate
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
2 whole eggs
3 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray four custard cups and place on a baking sheet.
2. Microwave butter, bittersweet and semi-sweet chocolate chips in a large bowl for about one minute. Whisk till the chocolate is also melted. Stir in the sugar until well blended. Whisk in the eggs and egg yolks, then add the vanilla extract. Stir in the flour. Divide mixture among the custard cups.
3. Bake until sides are firm and centers are soft, about 13 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute to cool of.
Then Enjoy! (P.S Add some ice cream on top)
