A fun and colorful way to enjoy fresh fruit, these Rainbow Fruit Cones are perfect for little hands and big smiles. They make a healthy snack, party treat, classroom activity, or rainbow-themed food project that kids can assemble themselves.

Ingredients

  • 4 sugar cones
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • Whipped cream or vanilla yogurt (optional)

Directions

  1. Wash all fruit thoroughly.
  2. Slice the strawberries and cut the grapes in half.
  3. Place a few grape halves into the bottom of each cone.
  4. Add a layer of strawberries.
  5. Add pineapple chunks.
  6. Finish with blueberries on top.
  7. If desired, add a dollop of whipped cream or yogurt.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy.
