These easy Fruit S'Mores are a healthy no-cook snack preschoolers can help assemble. Fresh fruit, creamy yogurt, and graham crackers come together for a fun snack that feels like a dessert while providing fruit and dairy in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup watermelon, diced into small pieces
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced into small pieces
  • 1 banana, diced
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 8 graham cracker squares
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese (optional)

Directions

  1. Wash hands and prepare your work area.
  2. Place the watermelon, pineapple, banana, yogurt, and lemon juice into a medium bowl.
  3. Stir gently until combined.
  4. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on graham crackers if desired.
  5. Spoon a small amount of fruit mixture onto four graham cracker squares.
  6. Top with the remaining graham cracker squares to create fruit sandwiches or leave open-faced.
  7. Serve immediately.

Yield: 4 servings
