Fruit S'Mores

These easy Fruit S'Mores are a healthy no-cook snack preschoolers can help assemble. Fresh fruit, creamy yogurt, and graham crackers come together for a fun snack that feels like a dessert while providing fruit and dairy in every bite.
Ingredients
- 1 cup watermelon, diced into small pieces
- 1 cup pineapple, diced into small pieces
- 1 banana, diced
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 8 graham cracker squares
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese (optional)
Directions
- Wash hands and prepare your work area.
- Place the watermelon, pineapple, banana, yogurt, and lemon juice into a medium bowl.
- Stir gently until combined.
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on graham crackers if desired.
- Spoon a small amount of fruit mixture onto four graham cracker squares.
- Top with the remaining graham cracker squares to create fruit sandwiches or leave open-faced.
- Serve immediately.
