Build-Your-Own Pasta Bowl

A fun, flexible, and colorful meal perfect for picky eaters or family cooking nights!

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rotini pasta (cooled)
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup black olives
1/4 cup steamed broccoli florets
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Olive oil, salt, pepper (to taste)

Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and cool.
Prepare all toppings in small bowls. Let kids choose their favorites.
Set up a “pasta bowl bar” and let each child build their own bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt, pepper, and Parmesan.
Serve and enjoy — no cooking required for toppings!
