Cheeseburger Pizza
Can't decide between burgers and pizza? This cheeseburger pizza combines the best of both favorites with seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, tomatoes, onions, and pickles on a crispy pizza crust.
Serves: 6-8
Ingredients
- 1 prepared pizza crust
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar-jack cheese
- 1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 12-16 dill pickle slices
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Place pizza crust on a pizza pan or baking sheet.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle half the cheese over the sauce.
- Top with cooked ground beef, tomatoes, and onions.
- Add the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and top with pickle slices before serving.
- Slice and enjoy.

Cheeseburger Pizza Tip
