2 1/4 Cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 sticks margarine or 1 cup oil
3/4 Cup sugar
3/4 Cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon water
1 Cup chocolate chips if using mini chocolate chips use 1/2 Cup
Mix all the ingredients besides the chocolate chips in a large mixing bowl.
While mixing, slowly pour in the chocolate chips.
Put it in the fridge for a hour to harden.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Bake for 11 minutes
