No Bake Scidaddle Chow Mein Chocolates

Ingredients
- 2 cups chow mein noodles
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chow mein noodles and mini marshmallows. Set aside. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar, milk, and butter. Stir frequently and bring the mixture to a rapid boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips until fully melted and smooth. Let the chocolate mixture cool for about 10 to 15 minutes. Pour the chocolate mixture over the chow mein noodle mixture and stir gently until everything is evenly coated. Drop spoonfuls onto a buttered cookie sheet or a wax paper-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate until firm before serving.
Yield: About 18 to 24 treats depending on size.
