Chocolate Covered Strawberry Popsicles
These creamy chocolate covered strawberry popsicles are an easy frozen dessert kids will love making. Layers of strawberry yogurt and chocolate create a fun frozen treat perfect for summer snacks, parties, and warm-weather desserts.
Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate melts or melting chocolate
- Strawberry yogurt
- Milk, as needed to thin the yogurt
- Popsicle molds
Directions
Melt the chocolate melts according to package directions until smooth. In a separate bowl, stir a small amount of milk into the strawberry yogurt until it reaches a slightly thinner consistency that is easy to pour.
Pour a small amount of melted chocolate into each popsicle mold and tilt the mold to coat the sides. Add some of the strawberry yogurt mixture into the molds. Repeat layering chocolate and yogurt as desired.
Insert popsicle sticks and place the molds into the freezer. Freeze for at least 2 to 3 hours or until completely firm. Remove from molds and serve frozen.
