CHOCOLATE RICE PUDDING S’MORES PIE
Ingredients:
1 Cup cooked white rice, cooled
1/2 package of instant chocolate pudding (prepared as directed with whole or skim milk)
1 cup of marshmallows
6 mini graham cracker crust pie shells
Directions:
Combine white rice and chocolate pudding in a large bowl. Stir together until all rice is covered with chocolate pudding. Stir in marshmallows. Scoop into mini pie shells. Refrigerate 2 hours. Enjoy!
