Washington Recipe Highlight- Baked Apples

Ingredients

• 4 apples, center cored
• 2 Tablespoons of honey
• 1/2 Cup raisins
• 1 Cup walnuts 

Directions
Preheat oven to 375-degree F. Take a large bowl and add honey, raisins and walnuts together. Core the apples in the center and then stuff the prepared mixture inside. Put 3/4-cup water in a baking sheet and place apples in dish to cook for about 40 minutes. To prepare in the microwave, place apples in microwave safe casserole dish. Cook for 7-10 minutes until apples are tender.
