Instructions (invented by 6 year old): Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Wait to cool, then frost. Put a toothpick in the top of each cupcake. Write a fortune on a small piece of paper. Roll up the paper and add a small piece of tape to keep it rolled up, then put it over the toothpick so it stands up on top of cupcake.

Cupcake:
2 c flour
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
butter, melted
1 c sugar
1 t baking soda
1 t cinnamon
1/2 c milk
1/2 c chocolate chips
1/2 c butterscotch chips

Frosting:
lemon juice
cinnamon
powdered sugar (to taste)
3 t lemon zest
